Free Tier

Free accounts receive immediate access to core BacktestBase features upon successful Google OAuth authentication. No payment is required, and services are available instantly.

Premium Subscriptions

When premium tiers become available, paid subscriptions will be activated immediately upon successful payment processing. Premium features become accessible within minutes of payment confirmation.

Subscription Payments

All subscription fees paid to BacktestBase are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to:

  • Monthly subscription payments
  • Annual subscription payments
  • Upgrade or plan change fees
  • Add-on features or services

Reasoning

Our no-refund policy exists because:

Subscription Management

Cancellation

  • Does not result in any refund for the current billing period

Plan Changes

Subscription upgrades take effect immediately, with prorated billing adjustments. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for plan changes.
