Yes! You can upgrade your plan instantly and start using additional strategy slots right away. You can cancel your subscription anytime, and it will downgrade to the free plan at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my strategies if I downgrade?+
When downgrading to a plan with fewer strategy slots, you must select which strategies to keep active. Strategies not selected will be permanently deleted. Please ensure you have backups of any strategies you want to preserve.
Do you offer refunds?+
No, we do not offer refunds as stated in our Fulfillment Policy. All sales are final. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and continue using your current plan until the end of the billing period.
How secure are my trading strategies?+
Your data is encrypted and stored securely with enterprise-grade security. We use Google OAuth for authentication and never store your trading platform passwords. Your strategies are private and only accessible to you.
